1.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing leave the warehouse, items usually take 7 to 20 days to reach their destination, maybe longer, but we will be in your hands.
But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.
